To ensure a smooth vehicle collection process, please have the following documents available:
A valid payment card in the primary driver's name.
A valid driver's licence.
If your booking has been prepaid, you may be required to present the same credit card used to make the payment, along with your booking confirmation or prepaid voucher (where applicable).
International visitors to South Africa must present a valid passport and, where required, proof of legal entry into the country.

All renters and additional drivers must be in possession of a valid, original, and unendorsed driver's licence at the time of vehicle collection.
International driver's licences are accepted provided that:

If the licence does not contain a photograph, a valid passport or government-issued ID with a photograph must be presented. The identification number must correspond with the details on the driver's licence.
